Shipping

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving payment and verification. Be aware that email orders are fulfilled based on availability at the time the email is checked.  All orders will receive an email confirming its shipment, as well as a tracking number. All orders are subjected to undergo evaluation by our fraud detection services. If your payment is declined, your order will be cancelled and you will be issued a full refund.

The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We will only ship to address provided at checkout. 

Estimated Shipping Times:

Domestic - 3-10 Business Days once tracking is sent.
International - 5-21 Business Days once tracking is sent.

Domestic Shipping

  • Shipping and handling rates for domestic orders are calculated upon checkout.
  • Prices may decrease or increase depending on products or quantity being purchased.

  • International orders are shipped via USPS.
  • If shipment is returned, we will not refund original shipping or cover any reshipment costs.
NOTE: We are not responsible for any duty or customs incurred when placing international orders. Please take this into consideration prior to making purchases.

 

RETURN POLICY

Return Period: 

We will happily accept returns within 7 days for store credit. (After delivery date)

Refund Policy:

  • We only issue store credit.

  • We do not issue refunds, store credit only.

  • All footwear sales are final and cannot be returned.

  • Returns exceeding $500 will incur an 18% restocking fee.

To Be Eligible For A Return:

  • Items must be in their original condition.

  • Original tags must be attached.

  • Items should not be worn, washed, or used.

  • Return Inspection - Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, store credit will be issued. Items that do not meet the return criteria will either be discarded or sent back to the customer at their expense.
